Blotato Ratings Climb: What Social Media Automation Users Love

October 6, 2026 · Updated October 20, 2026 · By Sabrina Ramonov

Blotato ratings on Trustpilot, G2, Capterra and SourceForge: how they grew in 2026 and what social media automation users say they love.

Blotato reviews are surging, with Trustpilot, G2, Capterra and SourceForge logos flowing into the Blotato manatee

In March, Blotato had 12 reviews on Trustpilot and a TrustScore of 2.0.

As of October 6, 2026, Blotato holds 4.8 on Trustpilot, 4.8 on Capterra, 4.7 on SourceForge and 4.6 on G2. That day, Trustpilot alone held 387 reviews, and 348 of them were five stars.

These are reviews of my own company, so every rating below links to the profile it came from. Check my math. The video testimonials and long-form stories live on the Blotato reviews page, and for plan limits and API access, compare the Blotato plans.

Where Blotato’s Ratings Stand

PlatformRatingReviews
Trustpilot4.8 / 5387
Capterra4.8 / 5128
SourceForge4.7 / 573
G24.6 / 5Score only

GetApp shows the same 4.8 as Capterra. It belongs to the same company as Capterra and shares its reviews, so I do not count them twice. G2 turns away the automated reads I use to re-check a review count, so its row keeps the October 6 score and no count. Every figure in the table is from October 6.

The March number is still on record in a Wayback Machine capture from March 8, 2026. If you have seen a 2-star figure quoted for Blotato, check its date against that snapshot.

The Part Reviewers Love Most

Read enough of them and three things keep coming up.

Letting an agent or workflow run it. Some reviewers barely touch the dashboard. Doug W. wrote on Capterra: “I have Claude drive Blotato through its MCP connector, and it publishes to four Facebook pages, two Instagram accounts, three YouTube channels and a LinkedIn company page out of one workspace.”

Rick L. on G2 described the loop closing: “its Claude connector lets Claude schedule a post and then check that it’s really in the queue.” If that is the setup you want, here is the step-by-step Claude setup.

Automation builders say the same. Jennifer S. runs four blogs off n8n workflows that call the Blotato API. She wrote: “Because it’s one API for every platform, I built my publisher once instead of six times.” If you are still choosing a route, I compared n8n, Make and MCP for social media.

Posting everywhere from one place. Scheduling across platforms comes up on every site. Ali, a one-person creator posting to five platforms, put it simply on Trustpilot: “It’s not flashy, it just works, which is exactly what I need when I’m trying to focus on making content instead of fighting with tools.”

Time back, month after month. Trustpilot reviewers bring up time saved and support again and again. David Dodge wrote: “We have been using Blotato for a year and it has helped us push out our content across multiple platforms - leading to an important new lead gen source. Has saved us a ton of time and energy.”

What the Critical Reviews Get Right

Many of the Trustpilot reviews came in after we invited customers to leave one, and Trustpilot labels each of those “Invited.” Asking is fair. Hiding the bad ones would not be, and Trustpilot still shows 15 one-star reviews. Here is what the lower ratings say.

  • Analytics has gaps. Several reviewers want deeper analytics, and Rick L. pointed out that analytics don’t cover LinkedIn. He is right. Blotato analytics covers 8 platforms, and LinkedIn is not one of them yet.
  • Error messages can be thin. Jennifer S. hit a failed LinkedIn post that said “Could not upload image to LinkedIn” with no reason given.
  • AI video quality is uneven. Generated reels and video drew a steady share of the complaints on Capterra, along with requests for clearer setup docs. A few SourceForge reviewers said the same.
  • Cancelling and billing frustrated people. A handful of Trustpilot reviewers had trouble cancelling or reaching support. If that is you, email help@blotato.com.

Jerome R. gave Blotato 4 stars on Capterra and named the trade plainly: “If they loosened the connected-account limits on the lower tiers and deepened the analytics, it would be an easy 5.” Fair.

Read the Reviews Yourself

Every profile in the table carries the full reviews and rating breakdowns, five stars and one star alike.

Prefer to watch? Creator Wayne St Ledger recorded his take after 30 days of scheduling with Blotato.

If you are one of the people who took the time to write one, thank you. The critical ones are as useful as the five-star ones.
